On-Time Construction Services is a commercial subcontracting corporation founded in 2007 by Jonathan Barcelos, a former Nauset Construction supervisor with a long passion for structural metal and partition systems.
We partner with General Contractors to deliver structural CFS/LGMF framing, drywall, and building-envelope scopes on complex commercial projects across New England and Florida — minimizing disruptions and adding value throughout the project lifespan.

Structural light-gauge / cold-formed steel framing, including challenging exterior scopes: canopies, vertical expansions, curtain and by-pass walls, and sheathing systems.

Drywall Division
Drywall installation and finishing, taping, and joint compound. Executed by experienced crews with a relentless focus on quality of finish.

Building Envelope
High-performance window installation (INTUS, Amberline, Yaro), waterproofing and sealing tapes by Siga, and expansion-joint installation.
